**Not accepting new clients at this time** My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain perspective into the traumatic and harmful events that you have endured. Together we will unravel the impact they have had on your emotional health and relationships, and help you rebuild your sense of identity and ability to move forward confidently. My experience largely comes from working with individuals of all ages that are experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and struggles with emotional regulation that come from issues related to attachment and worthiness, including Anxiety and Depression. I also have experience working with individuals exploring gender roles and identity, and am a proud ally for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I'm passionate about working with and supporting neurodivergent clients, as I am neurodivergent myself. I'm excited to announce that I am now offering EMDR intensives! Intensives serve as a great adjunct to traditional counseling sessions, and allow for faster processing in a condensed time frame. These short-term sessions can range anywhere from 3-4 hours up to several days, and can be done in person or virtually utilizing a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Together, we will collaborate on a plan that targets your current symptoms and most pressing needs. Intensives are also covered by most HSA accounts!
